What were your earliest symptoms when pregnant with twins?
I don’t have a doctors appointment until 8 weeks pregnant but this pregnancy is so different than my others.
Extremely nauseous
Intermittent cramps
Insomnia yet my body is exhausted
Intermittent tension headaches
