2 period cycles in 1 month?

So I hadn’t had a period in awhile so I saw my Dr, and they had me do Progesterone. It worked and my period started🎉 it ended about 1 week ago and now I’m having another period! Two period cycles in one month…. this has never happened to me before. Is this normal?
