Diastasis recti?
I noticed when I sit up from laying down, or otherwise engage my stomach muscles, my belly forms a bit of a cone shape. It feels hard to touch. At first I thought it was the baby's position, but now I'm wondering if it's diastasis recti. I'm only 25 weeks though. Could it just be the baby's position or is it probably my abs separating? I will check at my next appointment, assuming it can wait 2 weeks. Or should I get it checked now?
