I've only just had the effort to actually use my phone!

This morning I woke up with major chills and sweats! My whole body ached everywhere I felt so not with it (I'm 11 weeks pregnant).. I was non stop sick this morning too!! I couldn't drink or eat anything. I took paracetamol and my husband ran me a warm bath with Vicks and it's helped lots! Just scary how poorly I've felt today not being able to be a mum to both my kids ahh!!! Is there anything I should do to help or?
