So for the past couple of weeks my LO has been falling asleep independently normally with little to no fuss. But tonight as soon as I put her down she started to cry and really anything that I tried wouldn’t soothe her or calm her down. About 20 minutes in I called it and picked her up and turned on the lights with intention to feed her which normally calms her down. She continued to cry and cry even after I tried to sing to her and feed her which made me really scared that something was really wrong. Normally I am able to cheer up my baby fairly quickly. I almost cried myself just out of being so worried. Well fortunately I eventually calmed her down and was able to feed her and then put her to bed. Hoping she’s okay for the rest of the night but just wanted to share this experience. It helps reassure me that having nights like these happen and is normal with a young baby.
