Food intake habits
So “according to the doctors” I gained 8pound in the last month- gave me a HUGE lecture about what I’m eating and to knock it off… I am looking for recommendations on what you guys recommend to try that’s low calorie 🤦🏼♀️ I’m Italian, I still want my pasta… and some fried foods… I feel like this doctor wants me to starve or something- I get portion control and don’t eat past 6pm.. blah blah blah… but what have you guys done to help when your in this situation?
