So I’m 6w4d pregnant and ever since I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks I’ve had contraction like cramps for the past week in the middle of the night the cramps are so bad it’s so painful and my uterus feels so much pressure as well as my lower back. I had a miscarriage my last pregnancy and it felt just like this but I was bleeding. Why is the bleeding not starting I’ve been having this pain for over 2 weeks?
