How did you prep for labor?
I’m 35 weeks pregnant and I was just wondering what I should be doing to prep for labor? As of today I started drinking raspberry tea in the mornings, and I’m very active and walk a lot at work already. I also drink a lot of water. What about eating dates, curb walking, bouncing on a ball, etc? Anything y’all did that y’all believe helped when labor time came? Thanks mamas! ❤️
