A friend of mine said she fainted during it because she was on her period during a blood draw. I’m pretty sure I have iron deficiency and I need an evaluation to find out if I have anemia or not. I’m starting my period in 5 days and I’m scared the blood test along with my period would cause me to faint or make my anemia worse. Should I get it before my period in 5 days or is getting it on my period fine?
