Hi ladies,

I’m 21 and I’m currently on Junel Fe 1/20 and have been on it for 7 months. I’m thinking about stopping my BC because I fear that it’s the cause of some of my health issues and just not feeling like myself.

But, I have a boyfriend and I want to know how long should I wait after stopping my BC to have sex (raw or protected) ? I know the chances of pregnancy increase especially for the first year. But I don’t want a child right now.

Any words of wisdom about this matter?
