I feel anything over 16, that's the legal age where I'm from anyway. just my opinion, but when compared to having sex, then I'd prefer someone to have a sex toy then have uneducated sex. it's really tough to say, but I guess as a generalisation, 16 sounds good, but obviously each person is different!
