how far along would i be? i’m confused

so november 7th i was told i was miscarrying. on december 1st i went back in to have my hcg checked and they were at a 3 so she said she miscarriage was complete. december 11th (yesterday) i got a BFP, nearly as dark as the control line and popped up instantly, didn’t expect it at all but had a gut feeling to test as my boobs have been sore. my hcg is now 600. if i was in the not pregnant range on the 1st, that would only make me maybe 2-3 weeks right? am i wrong? after being told i was miscarrying, i bled for about a week or two so i wasn’t having sex. i’m thinking i conceived right around thanksgiving but it’d still be early right? i’m lost 🤣
