Remedies for throwing up?

I haven't thrown up yet, but yesterday I felt so sick like I wanted to throw up. Anyone know what can help this to make it go away?

That’s how I was from week 7-10. I only threw up like 3 times (I’m 19+ weeks now) but I always felt carsick and on the verge. The only thing that helped me was eating small meals almost constantly. Like SMALL and constant. I’d have some crackers or a handful of dry granola, then an hour or two later a cup of the microwaveable bland Mac n cheese, and then like half a grilled cheese or a small cup of butter noodles an hour or two later. You just want bland, small and frequent because believe it or not, an empty stomach contributes to nausea. 
Also important to stay hydrated. Carbonation helps with an upset tum sometimes so I frequently dipped on seltzer water with lemon juice. I know it sounds weird because the last thing you want to do when you fee nauseous is eat often but it helps keep your blood sugar steady and your tum happy.
