Advice Needed

LMP: 10/18

HCG: as of yesterday it was 453

On ultrasound they saw a gestational sac of 0.62 cm, I’m having no symptoms besides minimal nausea. I have a photo attached below. Theres no yolk sac present or fetal pole. They said I could be earlier but my gut feeling isn’t good. I didn’t even know anything until a couple days ago.
