My ex-fiancé and I broke up recently (December 2nd,2022) due to him cheating, his family lives across the US (I’m on the east coast and his family is west coast) we’re about 18 hours away from them, he wants to go home for Christmas which is fine but he wants me to go and I won’t do it. Well the problem is we have a toddler together and he wants to take the baby with him for Christmas. I am not trying to sound bitter but I said no. After I caught him cheating he threatened me and Everytime he’s around his family they always try to get him to take the baby and move back home with them. I don’t want to be the baby mom that keeps the kid away but I am really struggling with what to do 😭 we’re both young, I am 20 and he’s 21.

We live together and He has no money to move out, or credit. he is a wonderful father. He is not a good partner and that’s why we aren’t together. He would go to the end of the earth for our daughter. We do not fight or argue over custody and have a set agreement between us that is mutual and we both get time with her. This is the first issue that has arose with him.
