Baby won’t sleep during the day
He sleeps 3 hours or 3 1/2 hours stretches in his crib each night and will fall back to sleep after being fed. He gets swaddled and has a sound machine and pitch black each night. During the day though, he will only nap in my lap and will whine and grunt and wake himself if i lay him down without wrapping him. i don’t want to swaddle during the day but that seems to be the only way he’ll sleep so i can eat and use the restroom… any advice?
