Has anyone experienced sharp pains on your right side that make you not able to move? It literally hurts THAT bad.

It doesn’t feel like a contraction since it’s only targeting one side and feels like a stabbing pain. Is this round ligament pain? I was taking my 3yo a bath and that’s when it started. I couldn’t even get back up or lean forward without wanting to cry. The pain was making my eyes tear up 😫
