Miscarriage?

Went to the ER Bc of light bleeding and they told me I’m 7 1/2 weeks pregnant with no heartbeat and I needed to get a D&C … I feel like it’s too soon, is there a small chance maybe they didn’t catch it or that it hasn’t fully developed? Please help ☹️ PS I only bled lastnight stopped since then

You need to be seen by an obgyn, not an ER doctor.

I would definitely get a second opinion but just to be safe, prepare yourself for the worse. Obviously I hope you get good news but just in case they are right & Bub has no heartbeat, there’s nothing more heartbreaking then thinking things are as they should be when they actually arent… I wish you the best of luck!

They're taught the bare minimum for pregnancy. I'd definitely get a second opinion at a clinic.
