I lost my baby on October 18,2022 at 1 Month😭 I’ve been trying to conceive and I’ve used Flo and it was awful. I didn’t get enough support nor great info. I just want to have my rainbow baby😭 wish my baby could be here

Don’t go by apps they can say if or when you are actually ovulating! You need to learn to track ovulation with opks (Lh hormones detectors) and bbt to confirm you are ovulating.

What I found helped was tracking by using opks or ovulation prediction kits. And I tried every couple of days. Once I hit peak we tried that night and two nights after to be safe. Some people say temping or bbt helps but I never used it.

We used Mosie baby, 4th cycle after MMC, for the first time this cycle and currently at 12dpo. I have a very promising hcg strip test 🥹
