Black Cohosh
I was given the green light for raspberry leaf tea, EPO vaginally, and Black Cohosh. I forgot to ask the dosing for black cohosh and can’t find anything online. I sent a message asking… in the mean time has anybody else taken black cohosh and how much did you take? The pills I got are 40mg.
