Are nipt test 100% accurate ?

I did the panorama one and the gender says it’s a girl, how accurate is this, anyone got something else at gender scan ?

Gender is pretty accurate usually. But certainly not 100%. No screening test is 100%.

I got it done with my 2nd and it was accurate but (call me crazy) I 100% knew it was a boy before ever doing any tests/ultrasounds
