I want to grow my glutes!

I’m about 140lbs, 5’5, for sure I do have an ass already, but it sits naturally with gravity most of the weight is at the bottom so I want to round it and just see if i would actually see some growth but I want to know if I’m on the right track.

1. Do I need to follow a strict workout routine? I’ve been doing mon-Fri for a week now with weekend being my rest days but I do random workouts throughout the week till my butt is sore at the end of the week.

2. Do I need a surplus in food? Overeating is a lot I get full fast. I bought protein shakes and powders to help me but it makes me full quick and I’m not hungry to eat anything else and it’s hard to finish the drink in one sitting!

3. Since I’m growing the muscle back there, will the fat on my ass burn “well shrink” away? I always thought grown booties were hard and stiff and have little movement to them because there’s little fat.
