Pregnancy test positive question

So I took a test last night it was positive but then this morning I was bleeding like my period? And it doesn’t look like spotting or anything like that it’s not much blood but enough that could be my period…my question is is it possible I could have had a miscarriage? Since the holidays are so soon all the doctors are away and my only hope would be to to the hospital which I really don’t want to go! Thoughts ?

Maybe. Wait a few days and retest. Sometimes you can also bleed without it being a miscarriage. I had four days of bleeding i assumed was my period but I was pregnant and I'm holding my baby now as I wrote this. So sometimes you just bleed.If it's a miscarriage your hcg should go down, so testing again in a few days might give you an answer 🙏

Hi yo would probably go to er on your place even tho there is nothing they will do but they will confirm the pregnancy it will be on your records they will do a scan and check hcg levels

It could be. The hospital can’t do anything regardless so don’t go there. Just wait it out. Monitor the bleeding. Test again when the bleeding stops.
