So I had my 2nd baby 4 months ago and I started birth control at 8 weeks pp but stopped it after 4 ish days. The following day I had period like bleeding for a week then nothing. Now I am 4 months pp and 2 days ago when I went to the bathroom and wiped there was light pink spotting. Ir wasnt enough to fill a pad but it was a bit, but not heavy. I put a thin pad on and nothing but light spotting got on it.

I had spotting only when wiping for 2 days and now it's day 3 and I have nothing but light brown spotting on my pad.

My symptoms off and on for 3 days have been:

-period like cramps that were uncomfortable in my stomach??

-Mood swings (my husband snapped at me last night and I wanted to cry. Usually I could care less)

-Crampy hips

-Swollen breasts but not tender

-Constipation

- Insomnia

Besides those symptoms I've had nothing else. I doubt I'm pregnant because I've tested like 7 times this month and they've all been negative, but the last time I tested was a week ago BEFORE I started any bleeding.

I don't want to test again because I feel like it's going to be negative and I had this same bleeding with my 1st baby at 10 months postpartum and wasn't pregnant.

I want to wait it out and see but it's hard 🤣 I'm assuming it's breakthrough bleeding and my body is trying to regulate after 2 years of barely having periods due to being pregnant for 2 years with a 1 year 11 month break in between babies.
