Rash on face

My 10 month old threw up 5 times last night from 5pm to 7:30pm anytime we would feed him it would come back up within 5-10 minutes. He was able to slowly eat a 4oz bottle around 9pm last night and again this morning and kept it down. Last night I noticed this rash and I’m wondering what could possibly be going on. No fever and seems to be acting fine today.
