Just got back from my 10 weeks ultrasound and its twins. I have a 5 year old and 2 year old. Never thought this would happen since twins don't run in the family so chances were like a 1 in 250 chance or something

Mamas of 4 or twin mamas how did you do it all. I don't know why but I'm so scared and doubting my mother abilities right now I'm excitedly terrified if it makes any sense.
