This is my first pregnancy I’m 8 months in & I’m just curious to know as to what symptoms you ladies felt when you went into labor,

Lately my baby has been moving alotttt & I’ve been throwing up and get chills and feel sore, doc says it’s pretty normal but idk I’m kinda sus about it but then again what do I know, has anyone experienced this or something similar, i have strong cramps which I’m thinking are contractions but idk I’ve had them all day today they come and go but I’m scared snd idk what I should look out for specifically or if I’m just overthinking

What is a clear sign that’s like “ oh shit I’m in labor i need to go to the hospital”

I feel strong cramps that feel like kicks as we speak like 6,7/10

Should I be worried? Go to the Er?

How do I know for sure I do t want to get sent back home

Please help 💖 😭 I’m just a nervous momma
