Deliver before 36/37 weeks or full term?!

Question

Did yall deliver BEFORE the 36/37 weeks? And if so, how did it go?
My little girl is threatening to make a very early entrance, and I have been informed I would need a steroid shot for her lungs as it is too early (I just hit 33 weeks today) 
One of my biggest fears is having an NICU stay and top it off with not being able to bring her home and or not being able to stay with her. I have a toddler as well. 
How did it go for you and your child if you gave birth early. 
The good and bad. I just want to mentally prepare if we end up needing her to go to NICU.

My son was born 35 weeks 4 days… 
I got steroids at 33 weeks for preterm labor they stopped. 
He was born scoring a 9 apgar from the womb and maintained that 9 weighing 6lbs and 19 inches long. 
Nicu drs said he was perfect and he wasn’t sure how but he could stay with me. Of course they did all the testing on him but he never needed the nicu time! 
My husband said it was my mom from heaven watching over him ❤️

33-34 weeks you’d probably be looking at a couple weeks in the NICU. There would most likely be some help needed with breathing, and almost definitely needing help to learn to feed. The good news is besides these things, baby is pretty well-developed and likely 4-5 lbs.

I went in at 34 weeks with placenta abruption/huge clot in the placenta as well and also found out I had pre-eclampsia and HELLP. He came out not breathing(not trying to freak you out but we don’t know how long he wasn’t getting the nutrients he needed due to the placenta already being half detached) but he spent 15 days in the nicu and proved the doctors all wrong that he was going to have respiratory issues. He was on room air by day 4-5. 
My oldest was induced at 37 weeks due to pre-eclampsia, no nicu and went home on day 2.
My twins were born via c section at 37 weeks as well, due to gestational diabetes being super bad. They did have to spend 2 days in the nicu for low blood sugars but they left the same day I did. Other then that they had no other issues.

Both of my boys were born at 35 weeks. Both had complicated deliveries. But my first son didn't spend any time in the nursery. My 2nd one did since he has issues eating and maintaining his blood sugar. I had to get the steroids for both of their lungs as well. Overall, it wasn't horrible and they both did well. Just needed a little extra support in those first couple days

I had my first at 35. He was able to stay in the room with me. We stayed for 3 weeks after. I had my gallbladder out, and he needed some help eating as well as for jaundice

My girl was born at 32 weeks. We were able to get steroids onboard before she was born. She spent 3 weeks exactly in the NICU. Leaving her in the hospital was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but I called every couple of hours when I wasn’t there. The nurses encouraged us to call and to be as involved as possible in her care when we were there. I could hold her whenever I wanted and got to use the good hospital breast pumps while she was there too. One doctor told me that for every day she stayed in my belly, it saved 3 days in the NICU.

My first was born at 35 weeks. They took him to the NICU for about 4 hours because of a lower apgar score. But, we all came home 3 days later. They gave me a steroid injection before I had him to help with his lungs… and we definitely had feeding issues (found out when he was 2 he had undiagnosed lip & tongue tie, did not know at the time) so we supplemented with formula early on. Around 2 months, we fully transitioned to just breastmilk… he’s a healthy happy 6 year old now.
