Hey all,

I’ve been using up&up early ovulation( the 2 blue lines) for this cycle. Not really a fan. So the SO went out to get another box of the clear blue smiley. I am on CD13 app says i “will”ovulate CD 19 (AF still trying to normalize after having the IUD removed in October) I wanted to also try BBT .. can anyone help with that? Like, what’s our bodies normal temp range? What is considered high or low.. what temp usually means ovulation is approaching?
