Please be kind, I’m very anxious.

I’m 5w & 6d. Had a scan last Thursday due to previous loss so this is our rainbow baby. Saw the fetal pole and saw the heartbeat flickering and was told it was a strong heartbeat.

Had tender breasts and small waves of nausea, this has all suddenly stopped.

Should I be concerned? Is this a bad sign? I’ve had two healthy pregnancies with no issues so to now be struggling is all feelings I’ve never felt before and concerns I’ve never had before.
