Maternity leave/FMLA
I reached out to my company’s benefits team and when I asked how this process works with maternity leave and FMLA. They gave me little to no helpful info. Told me to refer to the handbook. (It’s vague) When I asked for clarification on certain things. The lady acted like she didn’t want to tell me. When I asked my boss directly she told me I only get maternity leave that FMLA isn’t a thing. (I do qualify for FMLA)
