Cramping

I’m 5 weeks and two days pregnant. Is it normal to be having period like cramps? I have super light bleeding. Like barely see it on the toilet paper. I’m super worried because I’ve already had miscarriages and I really don’t want this to be another. I am so excited to be pregnant:/

Edit: it has now gone into bright red blood
