Phantom Kicks 15 Months PP

I'm so confused and trying to stay rational about what's going on with my body right now. I'm 15 months postpartum, and back in April this year I had gone on birth control to try and relactate for my daughter using the Newman-Goldfarb method. I was only on it for that one month, and it took until October to have any sort of bleeding which ended up being an early loss at 4 weeks. I haven't gotten my period since then, and I consistently have a period every year on Christmas since my first ever period. I'm getting negatives on all my home tests, but for the past week I'm feeling strong phantom kicks. Last night, both my husband and I SAW my stomach move from one of these "kicks." I know phantom kicks are extremely common and can happen due to gas and other gastrointestinal stuff, and I thought that's what it was, but I can say for a fact it's not lol. It doesn't move exept to follow touch and sound, it's not causing me pain, it doesn't go away when I pass gas, use the bathroom, or try to massage my stomach. It straight up feels like a baby. I have an appointment with my OBGYN on January 4th, so I will be bringing this up to him since my cycle has been so weird. I had been extremely irregular in the past, then after having my daughter my cycle had regulated, and now since being on bc for that one months it got screwed up again. Again, trying to come to the most logical conclusion, and that is that I'm clearly not pregnant and I'm just experiencing extreme phantom kicks. What a mind f*ck
