Braxton Hicks?

When did you start feeling Braxton hicks contractions? I’m 25 weeks…Just not sure if what I’m feeling is Braxton hicks 🤷🏼‍♀️

24 weeks myself and I always had to lay down and drink a lot of water to get them to let up if I made sure to drink constantly I wouldn't have them. Having them early on is usually caused by your uterus being dehydrated. When you feel tightening and a little uncomfortable across your uterus area that is most likely BH and you absolutely need to hydrate. Lay down and try and drink a couple of bottles worth of a couple of glasses worth of water. Even if you think you're drinking enough water during pregnancy you still probably need to be drinking more. It will prevent a lot of BH caused by dehydration.

I started having them at 19 weeks with my first pregnancy and 21 weeks with my second. It just feels like tightening in your stomach and it can feel hard. I’ve heard that It can mean you are dehydrated and need to drink more water.
