I know nobody is a doctor and I should go I have an appointment set just wondering if anyone has had these symptoms and what it could be.

So, I had a UTI before I had my baby and even after I guess the medication didn't work it went away on its own im thinking but now im having pains in my pelvis area. My baby is now 8 weeks It's mild cramping. I'm not bleeding. Shouldn't have my period anytime soon, doesn't hurt when I pee or burn etc and I don't have any yeast infection etc and I feel like my UTI would've progressed into a kidney infection and I would've felt it by now. Ive had them all my life since I was little and it feels nothing like it so I'm just worried
