I’m going on 6 weeks pregnant and I just got hit with strange cramps. Very low and somewhat in my upper legs just like my periods. It’s not severe ( I suffer from severe period cramps ) but it’s not mild either. It’s like kinda bad but not super bad?? They’re so random it just comes and goes it’s a somewhat intense dull ache across my lower abdomen and upper legs and I’m freaking out. This is my second pregnancy and I don’t recall feeling cramps like this with my son, is this normal? No spotting or bleeding and it’s not severe. Just sudden and very very similar well, identical to period cramps.
