Will I see my dead fetus in my blood?…

Hello, My baby's heart stopped at 9 weeks. But I had no bleeding until today, 3 weeks later. I should’ve been 12 weeks by now. So, knowing that I will “push” my baby shortly, I would like to know if I will see my fetus in my blood? Or only blood and clots will come out?.. It stresses me out a little to tell myself that I'm going to see my dead baby.. Anyone can help?

My baby stopped growing at 9 weeks and I miscarried at 13 weeks, I passed large clots, and then a very large piece of tissue that had the sac and uterine lining and everything in it. The sac was intact and full still. I did see the fetus. Some people don't. It is so hard to say because it's so different for everyone
