Endo or am I just being dramatic?

Bethany

So I'm 18, I have ADHD and anxiety, take meds for both and also take Brenda-35 birth control.

I started my period at 12 or 13, when I started I had no pain, but later that year I suffered from some pain, over the years the pain got worse, my periods would be irregular, I'd miss weeks of my period or my period would start early, even having my period more than once in a month.

I suffered from PMDD and suicidal thoughts, later that year I suffered from severe pain where I couldn't leave bed, I was nauseous and had diarrhoea at the same time. Only happened on the First day of my period, but I could barely move.

I have a long family history of Endo and PCOS. My mum had a cyst burst a few years ago and she got a hysterectomy. Earlier in 2022, I had severe pain during the time of ovulation, I was vomiting and all (wasn't appendicitis) I went to the hospital, they did a urine sample and an ultrasound and tried to tell me I had a UTI. I believe I had a cyst burst.

My birth control has helped make my periods lighter, but the pain is still always there and other symptoms that are severely affecting my life.

So I'm asking, do you think I have Endo or am I being dramatic? (I have been to gynaecologist, I had an ultrasound and my gynaecologist said everything looked fine, but I don't think everything is fine)
