Mucus plug? Or leaking amniotic fluid?

I'm being induced tomorrow at 6:30pm. I'm 39w3days right now. The past 4 days or more I've been leaking almost like a clear whitish and sometimes thick discharge? No blood in it. It's clear white almost with no odor. But I end up having to change my underwear all the time because I feel wet. This morning when I woke up at 7:30 I changed my underwear and then again at 8.. But the weird part is my underwear are just wet. And the goo like stuff ends up on my toilet paper when I wipe? Help? Should I call my doc office to speak with my doc or is this normal.. First time mom!!
