Pregnant after pull out then back in?

We dtd yesterday on ovulation day, DH pulled out and cleaned up (don’t think he peed) then we had round 2 about 10 mins later. He couldn’t finish that time but it was a 15 min session at least. Anyone got pregnant from something similar?

I took an opk the evening before (this was middle of the night) and it was positive and I had ewcm.

Btw we have two girls and he knows I’d like to have a 3rd and very almost did cum inside the first time but didn’t at the last minute. He’s well aware I’m not on BC and we would both be fine it I did get pregnant.
