Hi guys, I will be 7 weeks in two days and just been prescribed Anti sickness tablets due to being nauseous all day long. Anything with any kind of smell makes me gag including coffee, shampoo, food that smells literally everything. The problem is I work in a coffee shop on Saturdays. I was hoping to not tell work yet but is it my only option? I’ve had to cancel my sons party this weekend and just invite a few people as I’m feeling so rubbish. How am I supposed to keep this a secret when I feel Ill all the time?
