I first fell in love in highschool. The guy was my neighbor at the time and we also went to school together. He was in a higher grade. He went overseas and long distance didn’t work out at the time. He started seeing other people. I was heartbroken. We went our separate ways over the years but we kept in contact from time to time. A few days ago, he expressed that he still has feelings for me. I still have feelings for him too and I expressed my feelings to him. He stated that he is looking to settle down, that he would like to make me his wife one day etc etc. we decided that we would see where things would go. My problem is that we have different views on so many different things. For example, I grew up going to church, I’m not currently a Christian but some day I hope to be. He didn’t go to church and is just starting to believe in God. I am also very freaky, he isn’t. He told me before a while back that he would give me head because I was telling him just how much I liked it but I think he just said it back then because he really wanted to please me. I don’t party, drink, gamble or wear skimpy clothes and he said I was lame. When I told him that we can’t work out because of how opposite we are, he said he wants us to work out and he doesn’t have a problem with those things. Do you guys think a relationship can work when people don’t have the same views?
