Thoughts on extended family calling your child “their baby”.
A few members of my family are always saying “my baby”, “my babydoll”, “my little baby” etc about my daughter and it makes me so upset for some reason. I hate the term “baby doll” in general but I hate the possessive aspect even more. The ones who say it have never seen my child or only seen her 1-2 times.
