Medical reason to wait for hcg levels to return to 0?

My dr drew blood today and asked us to wait two cycles. I wasn't sure what the correlation was?

Answer

You have to let your body repair itself. If you get pregnant too soon after a miscarriage it makes it more likely to have another miscarriage.
