Yes I feel like this too and it’s so weird and sort of embarrassing but I’ll be bringing it up at my next appointment. It could be a sign of pica which often has to do with low iron which I’m guessing I have. Anyway best to mention it. They’ll likely do a blood test to determine if you’re low on anything.
