So being that I am 10 weeks pregnant in beginning to try and plan my leave from work.  My company policy states that "an employee who gives birth may not use sick leave beyond her doctor certified disability period".  Can anyone tell me exactly what this is typically, assuming a natural delivery? I realize I have FMLA as well but want to try and get paid for as much as possible.  Thanks!
