I got The DM

So I worked a double at work (a restaurant) and it was a really awful so I came home started to spark up as you do and I go to twitter and I see I got a message request and guess who it is my boyfriends ex how cool is that! She told me to tell him to “stop Dming her it’s Been years” so yeah I didn’t freak out of her I just asked what he’s saying but god damn am I fucken mad l. We just got a house and we have a cat,dog and bearded dragon I’m heartbroken. she’s not responding and when I confronted him he said “i had a feeling she killer herself” I don’t know if I believe that. He’s still at work and I have to pick him up how to I handle this without freaking out? I’m a calm person I just get very emotional.
