Bleeding nipples while pregnant pls help!

I am 16 weeks tomorrow and my nipples have been leaking colostrum since 14 weeks. My nipples have been so sensitive and yesterday I took a shower and the water running on one of my nipples caused it to start bleeding. It’s gotten worse today and it burns so bad. What can I do to help this? It feels like I have a paper cut.
