i agree with the meals comment, after having our bub nothing was better than to have a nice dinner already cooked and ready to go, also bonus if you wash up aswell 🤣 just stuff like that the stress of having a messed up house with a newborn is not needed 
also just try to be respectful dont stay wayyyy to may hours because they need rest also, if you good with babies take the baby of their hands and let them go for a nap it does wonders
