Of course. Your urethra and bladder are not the same thing as vagina, cervix, tubes and ovaries.

I believe so! I still ovulate without my tubes, but still have my ovaries and getting cysts so I was told I'm still ovulating. UTI would be bladder or kidney if it's worst case scenario so yes I believe you would still be ovulating.
